Membership Built Around Member Reality

Most gyms sell you access and leave you to figure out the rest. Society Group memberships include a 45-minute onboarding session with a head coach, a movement screen, and a goal-setting conversation before you ever step onto the floor alone. Every tier gets full access to open gym during operating hours. The difference between tiers is the degree of coaching touchpoints: how often a coach reviews your form, adjusts your program, or checks in on your progress between sessions. There are no annual lock-ins on month-to-month plans, and founding member rates are honored with automatic renewal. If life disrupts your schedule — work travel, injury, relocation — membership holds are available at no charge up to 60 days per calendar year.

Coach Onboarding Session

Before your first solo workout, you sit down with a coach for a 45-minute intake: movement screen, goal conversation, and a short-term program outline. You leave knowing exactly what to do in your first two weeks.

No-Charge Membership Hold

Life happens. Pause your membership up to 60 days per year at no charge — no forms, no fees, no guilt. Just let the front desk know by Thursday for the following billing week.

Class Booking App Access

Reserve spots in specialty and high-demand classes up to 72 hours in advance through the Society Group app. Check the weekly schedule, get coach notes, and track your progress history all in one place.

Membership Questions, Answered

Is there a sign-up fee or annual contract?

There is no sign-up fee during standard enrollment periods and no annual contract required. All plans run month-to-month. If you choose to prepay a full year on the Community or Coached tiers, you receive two months free — but that's a choice, not a requirement.

Can I try the gym before committing to a plan?

Yes. We offer a three-day trial pass for $25 that includes full open gym access and two class drop-ins. The trial fee is credited toward your first month if you join within seven days. You can book the trial directly from the front desk or via the Society Group app.

What happens if I need to cancel?

Cancellations are processed with 15 days' written notice — email to info@systemyard.cc is sufficient. Your access continues through the end of the paid billing period. There are no cancellation penalties on month-to-month plans.

Do membership rates change after I join?

Rates are locked for the calendar year at the time of enrollment. Society Group provides 60 days' advance notice of any rate adjustment. Members who joined before 2023 at founding rates are honored indefinitely as long as their membership remains continuous.

Can I upgrade or downgrade between tiers?

Yes. Tier changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. You can move up or down freely — there's no fee for changing tiers. Just notify the front desk or send a note through the app at least five business days before your billing date.
